Who we are

What we collect

Reading this site: nothing about you. We set no cookies, so there is no banner. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (your IP address and browser type) for security, and its analytics counts page views and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the site.

The question box: what you type stays in your browser. We never see it.

Booking a call: your name, email address, the time you pick and any notes, collected through Cal.com. We use them to hold the call, on the basis that you asked us to, and we keep them for as long as we are in touch about working together.

When you open the booking window, Cal.com sets three cookies and a few browser-storage entries of its own. They exist only to make the form work: one guards against automated traffic and expires within about half an hour, two secure the form while it is open and go when you close your browser, and one holds the time slot you pick while you finish booking. None of them is set until you open the window, and none tracks you anywhere else. (Checked 22 September 2026.)

Who else handles it

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cal.com (booking) and Adobe (fonts) process data for us under contract. Some of them are in the United States; those transfers are covered by the UK international data transfer addendum. We do not sell your data and we share it with no one else unless the law makes us.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it: email hello@frankdecisionintelligence.com. We reply within a month. If we get it wrong, complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
